i don’t sleep a lot, but i like to sleep. when i usually fall asleep watching TV or a movie…generally speaking none of it pleasant. but when i wake up in the middle of the night…out of nowhere…i watch a little tv and go back to sleep…and that’s when i have some really messed up visions and experiences. they usually take place in my room, it’s almost as if my eyes are half open, taking in my sorroundings. i have these dreams often…and they scare me. i’m stuck, oppressed unable to move. i scream for help in my dreams but it’s never as loud as i need them to be. i can hear my parents in the next room chatting but i can’t make out what they are saying. can they actually hear me? do they hear me screaming under my breath and don’t know what to do?? i once had a dream that i was being attacked by some small creature right beside my bed, i kept trying to hit it…to punch it. once again it felt like my eyes were half open and i was dreaming about my sorroundings, because when i woke up my cat was standing right next to the bed staring at me…indicating to me that i was obviously have a bad dream. i also sleep next to a window, during the summer it’s open and the blind is closed. i’ve had frightening dreams where something is standing outside the window watching me, and i try to wake myself up from my dream but it doesn’t work…so scary. i’m usually moving a foot or a leg back and forth to help me fall asleep. and i’ll wake up from one of these dreams and the muscles in my leg will sore as hell indicating that i’ve been moving my leg for the duration of the nightmare…for however long that may be…

i just wish i could make sense of these seeing how i have these sometimes 3-4 times a week. i wake up shocked…paranoid…unsure…
